Terms and Conditions

  • Week = Saturday until Saturday
  • Weekend = Friday until Monday
  • Midweek = Monday until Friday
  • Month = One calendar month
  • Arrival time: 14:00, Departure time: 10:00
  • Linen and bedding should be brought along
  • After your stay we expect that the bungalow is cleaned and in the same condition as when you arrived
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Tourist tax is € 1,28 per person per night
  • We request a security deposit of € 100,-
  • We require a down-payment of 50% within 10 days after signing the agreement for Week/Weekend/Midweek rentals
  • Upon arrival, the remaining balance is to be met
